Concept creation, design, illustration and layout of the special limited edition book showcasing the possibilities of the brand-new ‘hybrid printing’ machine of the printing company Markprint in Lahti, Finland
Front cover and folder case of the book, printed in Pantone red, blue and opaque white on a black uncoated paper
All of the books’ illustrations were created based on the symbols of the eternity in different cultures, expressing the unlimited possibilities of the new printing technology.
All the images were printed in 4-color process with opaque white ink and finished with special varnishes on different surfaces; paper, plastic and foil.
Further experiments with the materials. This project turned out to be quite a spiritual journey – yet highly technical and creative at the same time!
